Ronda Clement is Vice President of Marketing and Communications for myMatrixx, an Express Scripts company, where she is responsible for the overall marketing strategy. This includes the development and implementation of a broad range of marketing and communication activities to help drive the strategic direction and positioning of the organization through lead generation, digital marketing, promotion and advertising. A highly accomplished thought leader with experience working for public, private and Fortune 250 firms, Ronda has a strong background in health care, consulting and financial services.
Before joining the myMatrixx team, Ronda was Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations for Laser Locators, a privately owned ophthalmic medical device company. Prior to this position, Ronda held the position of Regional Director of Marketing & Communications for Kindred HealthCare where she was responsible for all marketing and communications activities for the home care and hospice division for more than 75 offices across six states. Ronda has also worked for Cigna Corporation, Aon Hewitt and Capital One Financial.
She is co-founder of the Young Women’s Leadership Symposium, under the National Diversity Council, which is now held annually in more than 15 states across the U.S. Ronda also lends a significant amount of her time to non-profit causes such as the Westchase Charitable Foundation and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business from Nicholls State University and her MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Ronda is an avid distance runner and enjoys spending time with her two kids and german shepherds.
