Chris Peavler joined myMatrixx in May 2019 as Vice President, Claims Operations and Contact Center, where he is responsible for the management and direction of the myMatrixx Workers Compensation Claims Operations and Contact Center, including management of our multi-site team of supervisors, analysts, patient care advocates and contracted partners. In addition, Chris oversees hiring, training, and evaluation of staff, ensuring quality operations and service standards meet contractual requirements and enhance the client and patient experience.
Prior to joining myMatrixx, Chris was the Director of Customer Care at Laser Spine Institute where he was responsible for the overall operations of the contact center since 2014.
Before joining Laser Spine Institute, Chris worked for GTE Financial as the Relationship Manager of Member Care where his responsibilities included overseeing all operations of the member care contact center, including inbound and outbound call functions, electronic message center, executive response team and virtual channels as well as the Interactive Teller Machine technology which uses video capabilities to connect members with remote Onscreen Member Advocates.
Chris also has experience as a Vice President and Department Manager (Consumer Mortgage Lending) for HSBC where he was responsible for a department of 120+ default service representatives in a call center environment.
Chris attended the University of Louisville and is an avid University of Kentucky Wildcat fan. He, his wife, and their two children moved to Florida in 2011 and currently reside in the Tampa Bay area.
