Kids' Chance

Kids' Chance of America (KCOA) is a 501(3)(c) organization that is dedicated to making a significant impact on families who have had a family member that has been seriously or fatally injured on the job by helping their children pursue their educational goals without financial burden.

myMatrixx supports this outstanding charitable organization with financial contributions and by actively promoting increased awareness of their mission with our employees, clients, partners and the work comp industry. We are proud to be represented by our President Mike Cirillo who serves on the Kids' Chance Board of Directors and Ronda Clement, Vice President of Marketing, who serves on the Kids’ Chance national marketing committee.

Our Employees Care About Our Communities

myMatrixx is proud to promote a culture of caring and one that encourages the support of those in need. Our employees regularly organize community outreach programs. Some of the organizations our employees have supported through participation, sweat equity or donations include the American Heart Association, Tampa Bay Boys & Girls Club, Hillsborough Education Foundation, Camelot Community Care, Habitat for Humanity, Feeding Tampa Bay, Make a Wish Foundation, SafePlace and Give Kids the World.
