Clinical Services

Alert, Review and Manage (ARM®)
Clinical Intervention with the prescriber that communicates concerns about therapeutic appropriateness, overutilization and patient safety; along with evidence-based recommendations for alternative medication therapies.

 

Drug Information Requests
Provides information to claims professionals in the decision-making process regarding a drug and its appropriateness or therapeutic or cost alternatives.

 

One Drug Review
Focuses on a specific drug or area of concern and provides the prescribers with therapeutically appropriate alternatives.

 

Drug Regimen Review
Provides a comprehensive, detailed analysis and clinical commentary on a patient’s full medication therapy regimen. Drug Regimen Reviews are recommended for high-risk or high-dollar claims.

 

Peer to Peer Communications
At the client’s request, a myMatrixx clinical pharmacist will consult directly to a prescriber to communicate concerns regarding a patient’s drug regimen.
