Alert, Review and Manage (ARM)®
Based on an automated drug utilization review, ARM notifies prescribers about concerning prescribing patterns or clinical issues, and alternative drug therapies—and patients about safer and more appropriate uses of medications.

Drug Information Requests
Provides information to claims professionals in the decision-making process regarding a drug and its appropriateness or therapeutic or cost alternatives.

One Drug Review
Focuses on a specific drug or area of concern and provides the prescribers with therapeutically appropriate alternatives.

Clinical and Safety Evaluation (CASE Rx)
Provides a comprehensive, detailed analysis and clinical commentary on a patient’s full medication therapy regimen. CASE Rx are recommended for high-risk or high-dollar claims.

Peer to Peer Communications
Offers a teleconsultation between a myMatrixx clinical pharmacist and the prescriber to communicate concerns about a patient’s drug regimen, along with evidence-based alternatives.
